Whenever you interact with NPCs in New Vegas, The mod includes new hair styles,. Jul 31, 2015 - This texture pack updates many of the core New Vegas textures with much better. It includes 56 updates to male clothing items, 54 for female models. It also includes plugins for several other mods, as well as new hair. ![]() Fallout New Vegas Male Hair ModMale gets slightly more content, but Female clothing looks slightly cooler and Mr. New Vegas's dialogue will make slightly more sense to some people. Edit: I have one male and one female character, it's mostly just cosmetic. Sep 13, 2012 This pack contains 10 new male hairs that I made in blender. There are 14 hairs in total because some hairs have a second version (changed the bangs, etc. ).All the hairs have a hat mesh with minimal clipping on some hats. This is the final version of the pack, I will probably not add new hairs. UPDATE 1.3-darkened textures-fixed texture paths. No offense to /u/edroch, but searching the hair/face models section won't help. For whatever reason there are basically no realistic male hair mods for New Vegas. I've searched for hours and hours over the years and nothing. There's maybe one or two male hair mods total but they're absolutely awful and mostly contain bowl cut-esque styles and poor textures. I've noticed a resounding lack of really good hair mods for FNV (I assume the same can be said of FO3 since it's the same engine). Skyrim has a plethora of huge and great (plus mostly easy to use) hair mods like ApachiiSkyhair and especially my personal favorite, KS Hairdos. I have FO4 on console and even it has a version of Commonwealth Cuts and Azar's Ponytails (both of which are fantastic and very similar in amount of content as the ones in Skyrim.)But when it comes to New Vegas, a HUGELY popular game with so many amazing mods from Project Nevada to Project Brazil to Caesar's New Regime to New Vegas Redesigned and FCO to voiced companions and so on. Considering we have two big character overhaul mods, it absolutely blows my mind that we have nothing good when it comes to hairs. Now let me reiterate - there are some good hair mods! If you're into anime hair/kawaii graphics, there's a lot of hair mods. Plus there are some other ones out there that are good and a bit more lore friendly. But those are far fewer. Even worse, the best ones (IMO) require Ling's Couffre which I believe alters the hair of NPCs rather than just adding in hair for the player to use. That makes it conflict with NVR3 and FCO.So I'm issued an ultimatum I don't have to choose in Skyrim or FO4: do I get some cool hair. OR do I use those character overhauls and use vanilla hair. Sucks. In particular, there's one hairstyle I adore from Skyrim that is part of KS Hairdos and is also part of ZZJay's Hairshop from Lover's Lab (which, again, requires Ling's or otherwise screws up the meshes of NPCs resulting in the red exclamation mark things). Whatever the issue is, it goes away when I get rid of those hair mods so it's somehow tied to it. The hair style in question is (bottom left corner). This is such a great hairdo (and there's a lot in both KS and ZZJay) that are great. In particular Shero looks somewhat vintagey with the way it's sort of is wavy down one side of the face but at the same time, is short and manageable which makes sense for the post-apocalypse.Regardless! I'm really desperate here folks. Is there a way to get these mods to play nicely? And if there isn't. Check the box by AD DS Tools and select OK.You have now installed and enabled Active Directory Users and Computers in Windows 10. Navigate to Administrative Tools. Select Active Directory Users and Computers. You should now be able to perform most of the usual daily tasks you need to on remote servers. Uninstall rsat tools windows 10. You should now be able to see it in Control Panel. Open Control Panel if you closed it. What would it take for me to make the Shero hair (and it's required textures and meshes) purely for my character so I don't have to install all those hair mods that seem to break my neat FCO+NVR3? Whether it's persuading someone to convert the Shero hair from KS Hairdos or ZZJay into a small little player character-ONLY mod or even giving me a step by step tutorial (as if I was the dumbest person in the world so as to avoid any miscommunication or mistakes) to take just that hairstyle and convert it into a player-only hair. I want my character to look as cool as my characters in FO4 and Skyrim!Anyway, just to pull out all the stops and to try and make this easier for anyone who maybe reads this, here are pertinent links:. on Lover's Lab (NSFW site but that post isn't) which has the Shero hair - from there, there are different links to get different textures and meshes because.for whatever reason, a single download would just be too easy. Or is probably not possible for some reason, idk. which also has Shero.Any and all help would be enormously appreciated!P.S. Not sure if the load order is too important for this. If I need it, just me know and I'll add it asap! As of now, it doesn't seem to have mattered whether I tried adding the hair mods first then FCO+NVR after OR vice versa - overwriting, not overwriting. No matter what, I end up with walking red exclamation points. I even looked at the Nexus post about fixing those but that didn't matter presumably because mine are being caused by the hair mods as opposed to just NVR getting all screwy on its own. I know, it seems weird. Not.bad per se. It's fine they ported over hair because why not? But the fact that it's pretty much ONLY ported over rather than anything new is baffling. That means people made brand new hair mods for Oblivion, Skyrim, and Fallout 4 - the latter two having better hair of course because they're on slightly updated engines to the extent that even porting hair from Skyrim to FO4 is okay and not as weird as porting over hair from a game with such outdated graphics as Oblivion. Hell, Skyrim even has HDT hair. I can have ponytails that flow behind me, a feature not in the vanilla game. But no one felt the need to make a really cool collection of hair for New Vegas? Not a one?I thought hair mods were relatively popular. I remember people hating the vanilla hair styles of Oblivion and FO3/FNV. But then no one decided to make any besides ports? New Vegas came out in 2010, right? Medieval 2 total war mods. So most of its hair mods are ported from a game that came out in 2006. And as time went on and New Vegas got better and better texture overhauls, beautiful ENBs, giant character overhauls, game overhauls, DLC-sized new areas and quests, and even a Danny Trejo model as Raul, all of which push the game into feeling like a game that was released somewhat recently, the lack of hair is even crazier than it would have been. It's surprising there's no HDT hair mods but it's even more surprising we don't have brand new hair models at all regardless of physics. It just seems weird because it's like, there are so many vintage updos, flowing hairs, ponytails, wavy hair, etc. That are in KS Hairdos, in Commonwealth Cuts, even the vanilla FO4 hair styles which are, IMO, a big step up from FO3/NV. And not a single mod creator seems interested in making one. And people are still making mods for it. Some mod creators even prefer NV to FO4 and continue to make mods for it either in addition to FO4 or instead of FO4. First part is like the Main Title.the second part is more like an actual question on how to fix my game, it seemed like it'd be weird to capitalize every word in that. It looks weird, I agree. I suppose I shouldn't have capitalized anything. My original idea was to a sort of Dr. Strangelove style title but the secondary question proved to be a little long even for a title system that uses long titles. I was also very, very tired, took some allergy pills which made me even more tired, and of course being tired and frustrated with the hair mod situation so. Wonky title. I got this because it makes it so any of the races I have can use any of the hair I have. So my character, who uses a custom Hispanic race from FCO, can use the hair if I get all of the hair mods and textures. To clarify, my character is fine and the hair looks great on me. But when I do that. Other characters get screwed up and end up with the red exclamation points. That's the dilemma, it's like. I can have the nice hair but I have to disable FCO and NVR3 or I can keep FCO and NVR3 but can't use the hair I want. I thought I'd check in and see if anyone has found a fix for this. There was a fix in Fallout 3, but it was on the user side. Try to see if it works for New Vegas, and you'll just have to direct people to do the fix themselves in your mod's Readme. You'll also have to tell every other person who downloads your mod since most people aren't smart patient enough to read a readme. 8)Load the Fallout.ini in your Documents folder (c:/Documents and Settings/'You'/My Documents/My Games/FalloutNV ) or whateverThen add this line below the General tabbLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1- Make sure you add this AFTER the lines that start with SetEssential and SetUnessential or this will probably cause a CTD every time you entered a custom cell even after removing the line from the INI file.- While this will fix the issue for new NPC's, it may cause the problem to occur to some Vanilla NPC's. I'm not sure if a fix ever came up for this.Posts: 3393 Joined: Tue Sep 25, 2007 10:51 am. I thought I'd check in and see if anyone has found a fix for this. I'm experiencing the issue even after converting my.esp to an.esm; improperly matched face.I have an African American NPC, with 'can be all races' flagged, and bUseFaceGenHeads=1 in my falloutdefault.ini. In game, with the file as an.esm, the face is pasty white, and the body is the proper color. If I convert it back to an.esp, both the body and face show up as caucasian in game. Its not bUseFaceGenHeads. It's bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles. I had the pasty white face and this fixed it for me too.Posts: 3410 Joined: Wed Aug 16, 2006 6:31 pm.
